I highly recommend Arukah! I had a very bad case of covid in 2021. My health just didnt seem to improve for a very long time. I started going to Arukah and had some tests done that showed areas in my body that were depleted. Tanya started me on supplements to help and also taught me how much good nutrition plays a part in our bodies healing. I have confidence in the supplements since they are a higher grade than what you can buy in stores. I have used red light therapy and had some iv therapy also. Cant say enough good about all the services offered to improve your health.
